Refined Event Rentals is a boutique rental company serving Central Alberta, built around a thoughtfully curated collection of furniture, décor + event pieces.

Our style leans warm, natural and a little undone — timeless pieces, organic textures, earthy tones + those details that make a space feel considered without feeling overdone.

Everything in the collection is chosen with one thing in mind: how it works together.

Because we'd rather offer a smaller collection of pieces we genuinely love than a warehouse full of options simply for the sake of having them.

The person behind the collection.

Hi, I'm Taylor, the owner of Refined, a chronic rearranger of decor items + the person behind every piece that makes its way into our collection.

Refined started from a love of creating beautiful spaces and has evolved a lot over the years as I've figured out what I want this business, and this collection, to actually feel like.

Today, I'm much less interested in having something for every style, colour or trend. I want Refined to feel recognizable. A collection filled with pieces that are warm, versatile + intentional. Pieces I'd genuinely want to use myself and that can be styled a hundred different ways depending on the people, place + reason you're gathering.

My hope is that when you browse Refined, you don't feel overwhelmed by endless options.

THE REFINED APPROACH

Curated, not complicated.

You don't need 47 versions of the same thing to create a beautiful event. We've intentionally built Refined around pieces that can mix + layer together, making it easier to create something cohesive without having to source from a dozen different places.

Some pieces are modern. Some are a little more organic. Some have been part of Refined for years and others are just finding their way into the collection.

But they all have to earn their place here. Warm. Intentional. Versatile. A little unexpected. And always something we're proud to send out the door.

While weddings make up a big part of what we do, Refined isn't just for weddings. Dinner parties, showers, birthdays, brand events, community gatherings or simply an excuse to get your favourite people around a table — we're here for all of it.
