Renting for your event should feel like the easy part.
Refined is home to a thoughtfully curated collection of furniture, décor + event pieces designed to mix, layer and work beautifully together. Browse the collection, add the pieces you love to your wishlist and send it our way when you're ready.
From there, we'll confirm availability and put together your rental proposal.
01. CHOOSE YOUR RENTALS
Browse our online collection and build a wishlist of the pieces you'd love to include in your event.
Not sure exactly what works together? We're always happy to help narrow down your selections from within the Refined collection.
A $200 minimum rental subtotal applies to all orders.
02. RESERVE YOUR DATE
Once you're happy with your proposal, a signed rental agreement and 50% non-refundable deposit are required to reserve your rentals.
Until both are received, inventory remains available to other clients.
03. FINALIZE THE DETAILS
We know guest counts and plans can shift.
Rental quantities and selections can be adjusted until 30 days before your event. At that point, your order is considered final and items may no longer be removed, reduced or substituted.
Need to add something afterward? Additional rentals can still be added when available.
Your remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
04. PICK UP + ENJOY
Customer pickup is the standard way to receive your Refined rentals.
Your order will be counted, prepared and clearly labelled in our designated pickup area for your scheduled pickup window.
Because pickup is designed to be simple + self-serve, please arrive with an appropriately sized enclosed vehicle or trailer and enough help to safely load your order. Refined staff may not always be available to assist with loading.
We'll send everything you need to know about accessing the pickup area before your rental.
05. RETURN
After your event, simply return your rentals to the designated return area during your scheduled return window.
We'll count and inspect everything after return, so there's no need to wait around while we go through your order.
Easy in. Easy out.
PREFER DELIVERY?
Delivery + retrieval are available on a limited basis for orders with a minimum $1,000 rental subtotal, before delivery or other service fees. Delivery pricing is based on location, order size, access requirements and service times. Standard delivery includes transportation and unloading your Refined rentals into one designated, easily accessible location. It does not include placement, setup, styling or takedown. Before retrieval, all rental items must be taken down, gathered together and ready for collection in the agreed location.
SETUP + TAKEDOWN
Limited setup + takedown services may occasionally be available depending on your date, location, order and staffing requirements. These services are quoted individually and must be arranged in advance. Setup and takedown apply only to rental items provided by Refined and specifically included in your agreement. If your tables, chairs or other event pieces are being provided by your venue or another rental company, they must be fully set up and in their final locations before Refined's scheduled arrival.
A LITTLE PEACE OF MIND
A 10% non-refundable damage waiver applies to rental orders and provides limited protection for accidental damage and normal rental wear. It does not cover lost or missing items, theft, misuse or negligence, improper transportation or storage, weather or water exposure, staining, wax damage or items damaged beyond repair.
Clients remain responsible for charges associated with loss or damage outside the scope of the waiver.
